Dark Matter Audio LTD (DMA) was set up in Oxfordshire as an offshoot of a next generation technology, GSP which is a breakthrough in DSP processing provided by GAD-Group. (www.gad-group.com) DMA is in the development stage right now but aims to produce its first in its range of products soon.

Aims

DMA aims to provide high quality Audio Hardware and Software that improves the quality of the sound world for everyone from Audiophiles to DJ's and Producers. Using the latest technology we will build unique tools to enhance creativity and sound production, from audio suite to rack mountable FX.

Improvements

Older methods of sound analysis such as Fourier Transforms can create errors and are not as accurate as we would like. Our transform will allow an incredible degree of accuracy allowing the user to be able to manipulate sounds like never before without affecting the surrounding audio spectrum. Imagine for instance having a 3000 band EQ, tuned to the likeness of the human ear.
